1. Digital Product
The Lucent Report is a digital product. Once your report has been generated and delivered by email, the purchase is generally non-refundable as the service has been fully rendered.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The report was not delivered within 48 hours of questionnaire submission and approval with no fault on your part
- A technical error prevented delivery and could not be resolved within a reasonable time
- The purchase was made in error before questionnaire submission
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email lagbro.official@gmail.com with your order reference and reason for the refund request within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of refund approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Reports that have been delivered and opened
- Purchases where the questionnaire has been fully submitted and the report is in generation or review
