We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, CV, LinkedIn profile, and questionnaire responses when you purchase or use the Lucent Report.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalised Lucent Report
• Send your report and communications related to your order
• Respond to your enquiries
• Improve our services

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure compliant with international data protection standards. File attachments are stored in a private, non-public storage bucket.

4. AI Processing

Your uploaded documents and questionnaire responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not retain your data within Anthropic's systems beyond the scope of the single report generation call.

5. PDF Generation

Report PDFs are generated via Browserless.io. HTML content is processed in real time and is not persisted on Browserless servers after generation (GDPR compliant).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Stripe, SSLCommerz).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing lagbro.official@gmail.com.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and analytics (Plausible, privacy-first analytics with no cross-site tracking).
